Know Your Customer (KYC) Agreement

This KYC Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Allied Finance Limited, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of United Kingdoms, with its principal place of business at 3rd Floor Hanover House, 118 Queens Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 3XG ("Allied Finance Limited"), and the individual or entity ("Customer") whose provided details to Allied Finance for;

    - To ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the identification and verification of customers, and to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit activities.


    - To verify my identity. This process may include, but is not limited to:
         1. Checking the validity of identification documents.
         2. Cross-referencing information with third-party databases.
         3. Conducting background checks.


As the Company is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the Customer's personal information. All information provided will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, applicable data protection laws, and regulations.

By entering into this Agreement, the Customer consents to the Company collecting, processing, and storing their personal information for the purposes outlined in this Agreement. The Customer also consents to the Company sharing their information with regulatory authorities and third-party service providers as required for verification and compliance purposes.


The Customer agrees to promptly notify the Company of any changes to the information provided. The Customer understands that providing false or misleading information may result in the termination of services and legal action.


The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and its services to the Customer if it determines that the Customer has provided false information, failed to update information, or engaged in any suspicious or illegal activities.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdoms. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdoms.

By Submitting the KYC form, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
